I would rate zero if I could. Worst customer service ever. Waste of my time. They gave me quote to repair my car but they never called back I had to go there again to remind them then again they said we call you to schedule. They did not. I called again and asked for a time to bring the car. First she says it’s too busy this week then next day she says the person that supposed to look for the part is not in . Then few minutes later the manager called and said we don’t have your car parts. My car is 2010 Lexus the parts are available online. The manager was just being rude and not providing service because of my ethnicity and because I was asking to see when they can fix my car!
These people do excellent work. I would highly recommend this company for all your car needs. Hubby has had oil spray done here too! Very caring and obviously love what they do! Thank you so much!
I got my Mitsubishi Outlander repaired from them for a rear ending of bumper. Although the body shop work was okay however they didn’t fix the sensors. When I did figure out that sensors weren’t working as expected and I contacted them but the shop didn’t respond back. They should’ve owned the work they did. They sent me to Barrie Mitsubishi and didn’t do anything after that. Asked me to contact my insurance and insurance asked to get in touch with body shop. This body shop is in approved list of insurance company and hence supposedly should provide lifetime warranty for repairs. However they didn’t own it and after months of back and forth with insurance company I am getting it done from dealership.
Would never recommend. A 300s worth maybe $16000 ended up costing over $30000, thats just repairs. The car was rear ended right where the gas tank is, both rear wheels collapsed outwards. I pleaded with the owner or whoever was in charge to make sure the car is looked over thoroughly because i knew shortcuts would be taken, plus i had a newborn. 15 minutes after my wife and infant son picked up the car, the diff locks up on a one lane 80km/hr road leading back to keswick and spins her off the road. A road usually busy with dump trucks and construction vehicles. On return, the mechanics tried to convince the insurance that, the diff had seized because the car was being driven hard. I left my srt8 at home to race in a v6...idiots.
These guys are worthy of 5 stars from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance company and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The process was smooth, a rental was there on time and the end result was great. Thank you Neil, Dianne and the “behind the scene” staff for taking real good care of your clients.

These guys at Fix It Auto in Bradford were recommended to me by someone I trust. After by back fender on my Porsche 911 was damaged, I was so nervous about having the work done by anyone other than Porsche. But I trusted my friend's word and let the Fix It team do the job. To make a long story short, the work was impeccable, the service was friendly, helpful, flexible and fast. If I trusted my car to them, you should too.
