I had a very pleasant experience at this store. Mike, Kyle and Dan, and their entire team, are a pleasure to work with! They made my visit as smooth, quick and efficient as possible. They also informed me, after diagnosing the issue in my vehicle, that there was no need for repairs and therefore, there was no charge! Their forthrightness and honesty is refreshing! Amazing team! Highly recommended!
I was disappointed with the quality of the car I purchased. In my experience, the vehicle seemed to have unresolved mechanical issues, and the condition didn’t match what I expected. I also recommend that anyone buying a car here ask for a written warranty at least six months to feel more secure about the purchase. Based on my experience, I personally would not feel comfortable recommending this dealership. For reference, my name is Scout, and I purchased a Toyota RAV4 in August 2025.
Don't go to BUMPER TO BUMPER I spent over $3000 on my front end. I had to watch through the glass window to make sure they did the alignment properly for the 2nd time Mike was talking BS to me about a 1 degree slope on the road that makes your car shoots to the left when you let go of the wheel I told him the first time you didn't do the alignment properly The 2nd time he actually got the touch out and did it finally but you need to watch these guys to make sure or they will talk BS to you and smile Thomas the Mechanic Replaced all my ball joints driver side/ passenger as well I asked him for the greasable ones with the nipple I went home to look at what he did the boots were dry no grease added lie to me My suspension knocks so much now I wish I never went there for that work There's a spacer missing or yhe spring isn't set right. They just talk BS to you
Brought my truck in there for brakes, And since there I’ve put on 18,000 km and the front brakes are garbage and I’m getting them done Today. I was called by the new shop I’m using and they told me that whoever installed the front brakes pinched both of the braided lines to a point where it was always Poor brake performance they may say they’re the cheapest is there’s a reason they use cheap parts that do not last It’s the second time I’ve had issues at this place last time. I asked him to put windshield washer in, and they put it in my antifreeze bottle for my engine.
I would highly recommend Bumper to Bumper Auto Service! They fixed my windshield wiper during a storm so I could get home. I can’t thank them enough for such exceptional service.
Went in to see if I could get a stripped hex bolt removed for a hand held wood working tool-their response- "yes no problem, give us an hour or so" received a call - Done! excellent service and it was my first time there.
