Brutal experiences this season, 2 orders 3 separate avoidable issues. Could have been handled professionally but this group of people at Big League Gear chose to scream at me in front of their customers. All I asked for in the end is accountability and to be told maybe there was misunderstanding. Nope, told if I’m not happy they’ll give my money back and for me to leave their store. I was not yelling. But wow they were. Here are my 3 issues, posting so they know who I am as well. Ordered 15 CHAMPION hoodies for my son’s hockey team, 12 adult SIZES, 3 youth. 3 youth came in but were Gildan, NO BIG deal at all but I brought to their attention and was told it says Gildan for youth, which it does in small print at bottom when ordering, but title is called CHAMPION HOODIES and lets you order youth sizing, my bad for not reading small print….why not tell customers? No big deal, what was a big deal was ordered played, never heard back until we showed up at store, only to find out the order was not even placed….they rushed it for us and got in time, thanks for that. Then we go in to buy winter jacket for our son, “convinced” to order black instead of navy because it looks much better, never heard back so called in to find out order was not placed and black jacket not an option, then why your staff convincing us to do black? Ok they did black on end for us, amazing looks good. Pick up jacket today, it’s a glued on logo badge, which is fine but I questioned why when we were told it’s embroidered and sample in store was embroidered…oh we don’t do that anymore and if you’re not happy I’ll give money back. Well it’s not that I’m not happy but how about informing your customers Absolutely BRUTAL service start to finish, it’s really too bad that our hockey organization uses them and we don’t have a choice. Thankfully my money there is spent and no matter what, not a penny more would go into this business. Sure I’m only one person and many positive experiences, just sad they treated me the way they did in front of customers. It’s only a two star because in the end quality is fair, if it were for their set life alone 1 star is all they’d get
Ordered pants in July, still getting the run around at the end of October. They have messed up on either timing or the actual order of almost every player on our team and for our team ordered stuff. Complete joke, clearly they aren't capable of offering what they claim to offer
I ordered a hat, and stickers for a hockey helmet that never showed up, I emailed like 5x and got one reply only back that said it was sent in mail - no tracking number and no further contact - I still do not have the hat or the helmet decals that were paid for
Jeff is always awesome his products are great quality, great service and always supports local organizations. Jeff is very knowledgeable and all the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great products and service. I will definitely be a returning customer
Jeff and his team provide fantastic service with excellent quality in the town of Bradford. They are responsive and deliver custom gear and have the added benefit of being able to add a creative flare when it comes to producing or redesigning your team logo.
Owners are friendly and accommodating. The items I picked up are excellent quality. Love that our association has chosen this local vendor for our apparel.
They always come through for us. We got last-minute trophy plaques in short order, and they were excellent. Thank you, Big League, for getting the job done with short notice.
